I would say the experience overall was certainly less than satisfactory almost from the beginning. The process started with my original technician no call no showing for my first appointment which lead to me not being able to get my windshield replaced till nearly 2 weeks later. Initially I thought the technician that ended up doing my work did a great job but upon further review that was not the case. I noticed a piece of my exterior windshield assembly is now missing. Additionally, through the replacement process he was leaning on my passenger side rain guards which in turn moved them out of place which caused my front passenger rain guard to catch on the rear guard and it is now peeling off my truck and the front rain guard is now misaligned. I have included pictures below and I will be reaching out to customer with the expectation that my rain guards be replaced as well as the missing piece from my windshield assembly.

I needed a windshield replacement after a rock chip turned into a crack. My insurance company recommended Safelite so I set up an appointment for them to come to my home. The day before the appointment the weather forecast was calling for 90% chance of rain. I don’t have a place out of the rain for them to do the install so I decided to go to their shop instead. From the original appointment email I was able to easily change my appointment to one at their local shop that worked with my schedule. The staff at Safelite was friendly, efficient and professional and the entire job was done in less than 90 minutes. I would definitely recommend Safelite if you need glass work on your vehicle.
