Rated 2 out of 5 by from Review The woman who came to work on my jeep was friendly but I was dissatisfied with the crack on my window when the repair was complete. It doesn't really look like much was done and the crack is still just as visable as before she came.

I was able to have my daughter bring my car to her house and schedule Safelite to go there and replace the windshield so it was done before I returned. It was done within a day at our convenience. Thank you Safelite.

Technician was very courteous and completed the job in ~2 hrs. Scheduling the replacement was very easy on-line and was contacted by the technician prior to arriving.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Poor Communication When I setup my appointment I told them we were open at our shop between 7:30 – 4:00. So they sent the appointment time from 12:00 -5:00. Called about 1:00 was told on computer problems and that the technician was finishing up and would be over in a hour or so. I called back about 3:00 because no call from the technician. They changed the appointment time and location to my home at 5:00. I got a call from the Technician trying to talk me into changing my appointment. I offered the next day as I was going on vacation and needed the truck. I was told that I would need to call and setup the new appointment myself. I told Him he need to come and complete it that night. He was very professional that evening including installing the glass and did a very nice job! See failure at one end, turns to success at the other end!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Unbelievable half service (run around) I set a weekend appointment with tech to my home, OMG this young guy had no clue what o do where to start, but he knew how to call call call other tech(s) for advice. 1st he stated rust MIGHT be present but the job could be done, then he pulls all grout from around windshield leaving scratches on vehicle to tell me he's DONE cannot complete. I was upset. He said no rain will enter whoever completes job will fix what he done already. I was more upset. hours after job should have been done management tells me it's nothing they can do, I was adamant about them atleast fixing what they messed up so he says come down to scottsville rd and of course they were ready to complete job. After 2 hrs there hr and half in home driveway I had a new windshield..more training is definitely needed to home techs working alone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and Easy I got an email showing who would do the service so I knew who to expect. The service was at my work so it was important to let security know who to let in. Amanda explained what she would do while I went back to work. She gave me a call when she was done and it was perfect. Couldn't be more convenient!
