Technician discovered damaged OEM replacement windshield to my vehicle but found another OEM windshield that met my order in a neighboring city. He was transparent on informing me of the situation and his plan to complete two smaller jobs but would pickup a new OEM. He arrived within an hour and completed the installation on my vehicle on day promised.
