Excellent response the minute I

Excellent response the minute I walked in the door. The receptionist was prompt to address me, get me checked in, answer my questions, etc. I could hear her excrlksntvotifesdionslism as she spoke with clients over the phone. The technician was competent, appropriately concerned and responsive. Job was completed prior to expected completion time.

Installation

The Tech called ahead and was on time and did a awesome job, I love not having to drive to a facility to get some thing done. He actually went to the location where i was having my van serviced for the brakes and did it while it was there already. killed two birds with one stone and the price was great.

Great Service with some slight hiccups

The service was great. The only issue I had was with the person over the phone typing in the wrong window while looking at a previous order from months ago with the same information. When the first guy came out he realized that he didn't have the correct window, but decided to clean up the area which was great. After returning to his office we received a call that the window was not at their location and had not arrived, so we had to wrap the window up and wait. While waiting it out for a day or two the window arrives and again the wrong one. We then had to wait another week for it to arrive which there were only two left in the country. I must say that their team worked hard to replace the window at the original price we were quoted. I would recommend their service and of course use them again. :)

Never ever ever ever AGAIN!!!

Installer cut the interior plastic trim between the dash and windshield, installer got tar all over the jeep paint underneath the windshield and on the dash inside, which i cannot get off with goo gone at this point!!!! I could have gone and purchased the windshield for less with another company but paid more for Safelite due to reviews. I will never use Safelite services again. I am going to have to purchase a new trim piece and install it as well as pay a detailing service to get the tar off of the paint. Never ever again!!!!!
