Tony was excellent- on time, and took as long as he stated. Only issue - Tony stated we might need to get a different windshield as the one he installed bowed a little- he stated for some reason the curve was off.

Needed a new windshield via no insurance claim. Safelite was, 1) price competitive 2) easy online scheduling 3) very good communication via text and in person . They explained the process throughly and were spot on. The price on the day of service was higher than the quote - so they honored the quote. I appreciate that.
