Went in to get the windshield on my Mach e replaced. The technician to my car back on time. Came out and made sure we were on the same page about what was being done and the went to work. The job was completed correctly and as quickly as possible although is was still 2.5 hours. Overall I'm very happy with the work. Only thing I would like to see is a place where you could put special in instructions when you make your appointment online. I need to use OEM glass in the repair and there was to place to specify this. I was a pain to get ahold of someone to tell them this.

Safelite hit a home run on this job. I entered an online order which was very easy on the Safelite website. They checked and confirmed our insurance coverage, made an appointment for the next day. Showed up promptly for the mobile appointment at our house and had the windshield replaced within about an hour which included the recalibration of the rear window camera and the placing toll tags and State of TX registration. All just like new. This is 5 star service. I chose Safelite because of previous mobile service which at that time (5 years ago) was also a 5 star experience.

Kyle and Brandon were extremely professional. For having to spend money on what those dang gravel trucks damaged was already aggravating, at least Safelite was more pleasant. Great crew, worked fast and organized. Will use again when the time comes, hopefully not too soon though. Let’s see how long I can evade this next go-round. 🙂
