It was great to have Safelite come to my home to replace the windshield. The installer was friendly, cleaned up everything and swift. My only suggestion is to give a closer install timeline less than 2-4 hours. Safe lite gave a timeline 9am-5 pm

Excellent service and job .

I opted for mobile service as I am working from home daily and it is difficult to breakaway easily. The logistics of the appointment worked fine but the quality of the work is sub par. There was leftover original sealant material left in the driver seat area, I can clearly see excess adhesive material on the A-Pillars of the windshield in the cabin and there is adhisive material on the hood of my car.

Friendly Staff prompt service.

At first happy with service. Took me on time and completed in under the time they told me on arrival. Unfortunately several days later notice a whistling sound. Shop can’t get me in to repair for a whole week and say they might have to completely redo the install and calibration. So another possible 2 hour appointment.

I have a water leak on my newly replaced windshield. I have been trying to contact safelite in order to get it fixed but can not get a hold of anyone over the phone. The service was fine but the fact that there are no customer service representatives to answer calls about warranty issues is concerning.

The employees at the Humble location were kind and very helpful. I do not have any negative reviews about the services they provided, just that there is no one available to reschedule an appointment to fix my windshield.

Service was great and staff was too. My only complaint is that I have a light grey roof top and dirty fingers prints were left inside the vehicle and the front windshield brackets were not locked back into place.

On time. Called in advance. Clean job.
