The main problem I had, and I know accidents happen, but the technician broke the replacement windshield before he got it installed. They sent out another one, but it was totally different than the one that got broken and I don't like the one he installed as well. I took longer because of the incident.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Service was great..... The service technician was outstanding. Very professional and quality of work was spot on. The only issue was scheduling and proper information from the appointment coordinator. What I was told making the appointment, wasn't the same with the service technician. There seems to be a communication issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing first experience! My whole experience went so smoothly from start to finish. Josh was awesome and super professional, and he definitely made my first Safelite experience perfect! The process was super quick just like he said it would. Safelite's communication is great as well! I received great customer service, an on-time appointment reminder from Josh the morning of, and a thank you email immediately following my appointment. Josh even vacuumed my car AND wiped down all my windows with their glass spray. My experience was AWESOME!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Customers Don't Come First for Them I scheduled an appointment the first day (note that I wrote first) just to do a repair. When the Tec arrived she informed me the repair could not be done based on the shape of the crack, and my whole windshield would have to be replaced. I called back, rescheduled, and was given a six hour window. On the second day I waited and heard nothing, so I called and was informed the replacement person would be at my resident at hour five. When the came time for the Tec to be there I received a phone call saying they had someone just call in and I would be pushed back two more hours! I was also informed they kept putting other customers in front of me all day, and pushed my time back. So of their six hour window I would not be addressed. When I called the office to complain they were closed and the Tec would not answer his phone. I finally had enough and contacted my insurance to reschedule once again. They gave an other six hour window and I refused! My insurance guaranteed they would be at my location at 8 am the following Monday. That following Monday I received a phone call from the Tec saying he could make it at 12. I said no; since they had not completed their work from Saturday when I had my second appointment they needed to address my car immediately. After some back and forth they finally agreed to make an 8:30 appointment. The service itself should have taken an hour and a half max (which they place in the contract you sign); it took two hours. This of course pushed everything else in my day back. I have not had any issues with the glass, but it hasnt rained so I cannot speak to if I have any true issues. I gave them 2 stars because the Tec from my third appointment did his job and was polite. Nonetheless, I will never recommend Safelite to a single person. I normally give companies the benefit of the doubt, but they were clearly unprofessional in gelding my case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great job at a great price The new windshield's tint was a perfect match with the rest of the car, which is not always the case with other budget windshield places. The technician was fast, very careful and did an excellent job installing my new windshield.
