the worker was very nice and personable. did a good job. I had told him though to leave the broken glass here and take the recycle charge off my bill. He agreed. I was still charged and expect a refund. the two emails i used from your site to advise you came back undeliverable.

Service is great, but timing is not. No one likes 8 to 12 or 12 to 5. The serviceman had to come to my truck twice since he didn't have the right equipment to recalibrate.

Our mobile techs have assigned routes with other jobs to work throughout the day. Some jobs take longer than others, so a window of arrival is given. Sorry for any issues.

Our technician was amazing. I made the appointment specifically for the financing available through after pay. There was a misunderstanding on my part and I wasn't approved for the amount requested.
