My windshield was cracked and a rock shattered my rear glass in my Ranger. I scheduled online to have both replaced at my home. The scheduling was very easy and the price was lower than I was expecting. The technician arrived early and replaced my windshield. He realized they had given him the wrong rear glass (no defrosting wires) and instead of rescheduling it, he drove to the warehouse and obtained the correct glass so the job could be completed as scheduled. The technician, Cole, was very courteous and went the extra mile to get my truck back in service. I will definitely use Safelite in the future if I need auto glass.

They allowed me to drop off my car the night before and they guaranteed it would be down the next day - it was. Very good service all the way around and I love my new window sooo much better than the one with the huge crack runnning the across the front window!
