I can't say enough about how wonderful this experience was and how AMAZING this company is! I had a large branch fall through my windshield (in my driveway)--really did a job on my mirror and EZ pass, plus glass all over the front seats and floor of my car! I called my insurance company, they sent me to Safelite, and the wonderful person on the phone took care of everything for me--sent a mobile truck to my house. I paid only my deductible. My technician, CRISTIAN, was probably one of the best technicians I have worked with in any field. He was not only professional and knowledgeable, he was KIND and CARING. Completely walked me through the process--I was inside and didn't hear from him until job was done--90 minutes! The windshield was perfect, he replaced all stickers, and the EZ pass (which he didn't have to) and vacuumed the car COMPLETELY and actually detailed the front (the interior of the car looked better than it ever had before)! I can't say enough about how great Safelite and Cristian made this experience.

Easy to schedule and the tech arrived within the scheduled time window. Tech was friendly and professional. The replaced windshield installation looks like it was factory installed. We have a lot of data center construction trucks roaming around so Safelite’s most likely in my future sooner than later.
