This is the second windshield I’ve had repaired there. The service is great, and I would recommend them to anyone.

At first I was bummed that it was going to take almost an extra week to have the Safelite people come to my house, so we chose to take the car to the shop in Manassas. But they did an excellent job replacing our back windshield and it took 2 hours- just as they told me it would a few days prior. So I was pleased that I got my car exactly when they had predicted. The windshield looks wonderful and the people I spoke to on the phone were kind and professional

Original scheduler knew the vehicle type and the upgraded windshield type and scheduled me for an at home replacement. Day before service, get a call that this type can’t be done at home so have to bring it to a shop. Go to the shop the next day and they don’t have the windshield I need. Have to wait a week to find one. Then I go to the shop again but the windshield is damaged. Have to wait several days to find one and schedule again. Finally got a new windshield a month later.

Only good thing I have to say is the manager at the Manassas location was very nice and understanding and never lost his cool while I was extremely frustrated. Once he knew what was going on, he stayed on top of it to see it done.

Excellent service repairing my glass

I had my windshield replaced and received excellent service!

I had just gotten my windshield replaced due to a crack that had spread across the driver side when another rock struck my windshield (the perils of highway construction). Safelite got me back in the next business day and repaired the crack early enough I still got to work on time. The scheduling rep and the techs on site were sympathetic and concerned that I was back so quickly which made the experience easier to deal with. I will definitely use them again if needed, and with the construction on 66, well, it will probably be needed.

Did a good job, in and out when expected. Manager is very impressed with himself, could be less full of himself and it will go a long way with clients.

The replacement was not good. Wipers were not installed properly. Glass missing coating
