I arrived a little early for my appointment for a chipped windshield and new wiper blades. They got me right in and had it fixed within 25 minute's. The new wiper blades installed were greatly needed the next day as it rained heavily.

Took my Kia in and had them replace my windshield. Was prompt and delivered before the time window and looks great. Also swapped my carwash decal on over to the new windshield with no issues as well saving me from a trip to get a new one.

The staff was wonderful and replaced my windshield in 1 hour. I am really impressed with the quality of service and the tech explaining to me how to care for the new windshield. I decided to pay out of pocket instead of having my insurance dinged because it was under $500. Would go there again.

The appointment was rescheduled because the technician was sick. Which I get things happen, but the appointment was rescheduled and a new set of wipers were supposed to be put on. When the technician came out he said "I don't know if this is really going to work.. There is water and it's wet but I tried". He didn't give us any confidence in his rock chip repair. He didn't have the wipers and said well maybe you should get a discount or something... It was a pretty bad experience. I'll be writing a good review in the next couple of days.

Your feedback is appreciated. Repairs are only an attempt to reinforce the structural integrity of a damaged piece of glass. Due to the existing damage compromising the glass, we're not able to determine how the glass will respond to the repair attempt.
