My windshield replacement experience with Safelite was excellent! Timely, professional, and precise. I decided to reschedule from a mobile visit to taking it into the shop in Victoria due to inclement weather. They were ready for my vehicle at the scheduled appointment time, they gave me a comfortable place to wait, and once the job was completed, explained the do’s and don’t for my vehicle for the next couple days. My technician was polite and professional. A job well done!

Rocks from a truck caused the windshield to spider web. I contacted Safelite and made an appointment. The technician arrived as scheduled. The technician was pleasant and capable. Within an hour and a half he completed the replacement and recalibrated the safety equipment.
This is the third time I have used Safelite. I recommend them highly.

I scheduled my appointment approximately 6 days ahead, they called the day morning of the appointment and informed me my windshield arrived cracked and had to reorder, it took 9 days from original scheduled date to get it replaced. Due to the extensive damage, I had to wait for the replacement to be installed before using my vehicle. 9 days. The tech was efficient with installing but not much on the glass shards clean up. I feel like i could have had better experience. Overall I'd give 3. 5 stars max.
