Had a windshield replaced, water leaked in and damaged electrical inside to where vehicle kept shutting off. Was without a vehicle for 4 days because they didn't want to pay for a rental. Finally got a loaner from dealership. Got vehicle back and it was back in the shop again because found more damage from water. Had to get it towed from work and safelite didn't think they should cover tow fees even though more water damage was found. Still had to pay for windshield replacement after all the inconveniences that were caused because of the windshield replacement. I was still trying to get them to at least cover towing fees and cannot ever get ahold of anyone when I call. I do not recommend using them

My windshield replacement experience with Safelite was excellent! Timely, professional, and precise. I decided to reschedule from a mobile visit to taking it into the shop in Victoria due to inclement weather. They were ready for my vehicle at the scheduled appointment time, they gave me a comfortable place to wait, and once the job was completed, explained the do’s and don’t for my vehicle for the next couple days. My technician was polite and professional. A job well done!

Rocks from a truck caused the windshield to spider web. I contacted Safelite and made an appointment. The technician arrived as scheduled. The technician was pleasant and capable. Within an hour and a half he completed the replacement and recalibrated the safety equipment.
This is the third time I have used Safelite. I recommend them highly.
