Went to their location in Westbury. They were very helpful in providing me the different option of going through insurance or paying out of pocket. The toung lady at the front desk was very kind, professional and sincere. The repair was do very well and they explained the process of what not to do with the vehicle for a 24hour period. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

I had a crack in my windshield and I went to Safelite to get it fixed. They had to replace my windshield and my insurance didn't cover it but the service was great and affordable. Wendy at the front desk was amazing and so nice to me. They were prompt when I came in for my appointment and they were finished quickly. I would highly recommend!

I won't go back to this Safelite and may take my business elsewhere. I had to make three trips to the shop to get my windshield replaced. The first time they did not recalibrate it properly. The second time they tried to reseat the camera and make an adjustment but that didn't work. They ordered an OEM windshield after the second trip. The third time they had a different worker look. After three hours of waiting, I thought I would have an OEM windshield, but they just adjusted the camera (again!) and that worked. So, 9 hours of waiting for a simple windshield repair and three separate trips was not worth it.
