I do not know why they advertise that they can repair a chipped windshield as they started telling me that it does not work the majority of the time before they even looked at my windshield. The damage was about the size of a quarter and by the time they finished it was worse than when I brought it in.

This was our third visit within 8 months because of rocks cracking our windshield. Overall, kind staff and rather expedient repair. This visit left me with additional time and outreach afterwards. That included a call/inquiry to Safelite AutoGlass corporate headquarters because this Safelite location's staff neglected to inform me about the nuances with Vermont's registration sticker - removing and re-adhering it with the service. I was left to my own faculties (the following day) to eventually notice that our sticker wasn't re-adhered on the new windshield by Safelite. And the sticker was nowhere in our vehicle. Most likely this matter or mistake is simply due to humanness. I'm grateful corporate headquarters recognized all the inconveniences - time and cost to get our vehicle re-inspected to re-issue a sticker. I'm discouraged this location didn't resolve the issue with my initial call and inquiry.
