Safelite made it very easy to schedule my appointment, and the staff was friendly and efficient. My windshield was replaced in about an hour and a half, which I really appreciated. My only concern was that when I left, my car was still running because my key fob had accidentally been left in a technician’s pocket. I noticed the dashboard warning a few miles away and had to return to retrieve it. While I understand it was an honest mistake, it could have caused a bigger issue if I had turned the car off.

10 out of 10 due solely to the 2 service techs who replaced my windshield. Liam & Thomas were absolutely phenomenal. Arrived on time. Friendly and took the time to explain how it was going to go. Worked diligently and completed the the swap in 1/2 the allotted time. When done, they explained what not to do, i. e. , no high pressure wash for 24 hrs. 100%, absolute, no questions asked will use Safelite in the future because of how great they were.

Driver was proactive calling to confirm appt details. He later called to tell me we needed to reschedule appt because recent snow would prevent him form calibrating the safety settings in windshield. This was super helpful so we didn't waste time doing 1/2 the repair. We wee able to reschedule same week and get it done. Great communication.
