We had a chip in the windshield right in front of the driver's face that was previously repaired a couple yrs. ago, but now was cracking so we needed to replace it. Our technician, Zachary, called the morning of the appt. to let us know when he'd be arriving. He followed up later to let us know that he'd be delayed, and what the new arrival time was. He came at that time, and was very courteous and respectful of our property and vehicle. He did the replacement carefully, and we could tell that he took pride in his work and company that he worked for. He had excellent communications skills, and was a really great guy to work with. What we didn't like was the difficulty navigating through Safelite's use of AI to actually speak to a real person, which was time consuming.

Have used Safelite several times over the years and they have always done a great job. The previous times were windshields. This time was a side window, have never had to do one before so I was nervous (especially with the plastic door paneling). But they did a great job, treated my newer vehicle with care, no issues with the install. Highly recommend Safelite for your automotive glass repair or replacement.
