The customer service at this location was above great! Very friendly and they update you so you know what’s going on and long it will take. The manager came out to the waiting area and knew every customer and their vehicle with an update on everything. Everyone there was very nice. My car took an hour less than what they said to be ready. Exceptional customer service!
I was met with timely and courteous service member of Safelite at my location. One of their team members explained the process from the initial call to the field in an extremely professional manner. After completion; they cleaned up any broken glass and went above and beyond by reinstalling a broken mirror as well. I would highly recommend Safelite Auto Glass for everyone in the future.
