When I arrived for my 8am appointment about 10 minutes early, I was happy but surprised to see the team members already working on auto glass type things. Fernando greeted me, I paid, and was out the door in less than 5 minutes. Instead of going home I went next door to the Safeway just to pass the time as I was told my new front windshield would only take an hour. Although I really didn't have my hopes up of that but what do you know, my cell rang about 50 minutes later and Fernando again said my car was ready. So my experience was great from the beginning (online) through the end driving my car away with new glass was exceptional. I have used Safelite before and will in the future. Thank you to the Yakima store and Fernando.
