After being sent to my home with the wrong windshield one week, the polite service technician returned the following week and did an excellent a quick job replacing my cracked windshield. . . but failed to leave my inspection sticker and registration sticker with me or my van. The insurance agent whom I( notified that afternoon and I both reached out to safelite and I am now waiting for my stickers (which have been located and rescued) to arrive in my mail. Anyone with a drivers license should realize that those stickers to not get thrown out with the cracked windshield. . . and after THEIR mistake, safelite SHOULD HAVE had the professional curtesy to deliver them right to my home where they were taken from.

Saturday appt- no show, no call. I called several times and i was assured that they were coming and were just behind schedule. Well I guess they are really behind because it's Tuesday and I still have not heard from them. I wouldn't be upset if I received a courtesy call
