Wasn't as satisfied this time.
I had an apt for them to come to my house between 9-12, I waited around and no one showed, I was quite annoyed to say the least because I wasted my whole morning for nothing. As soon as we were getting ready to go somewhere at 130 I get a call someone's on their way, so I wait. And when he gets there he informs me they ordered the wrong part and he couldn't replace my window.. they came back 3 days later and fixed it.

Awesome professional service
They scheduled my Appt quickly. They came right at my place of business. That was very convenient. The technician was very professional and Replaced my windshield quickly. I will use Safelite for all my glass claims on my vehicles.

Fast Wonderful Service!
Last week, we needed our windshield replaced and I scheduled an at home appointment - we had family in town and i wanted to be around the house as much as possible. I am totally pleased with the service we received - our technician Jeff was courteous and efficient and thoroughly explained what we had to do after the installation. Love the mobile updating on his ETA and also the "Uber-like" feature of where he was while in route to our house!
