Saturday appt- no show, no call. I called several times and i was assured that they were coming and were just behind schedule. Well I guess they are really behind because it's Tuesday and I still have not heard from them. I wouldn't be upset if I received a courtesy call

The Safelite technician, Orlyn, was great. He was punctual, detail-oriented and really pleasant to work with. He came to the house and had the windscreen replaced in just over an hour. I will definitely go back to Safelite if I need autoglass in the future.
