The pricing is a bit more than other locations, but the nationwide coverage gives me peace of mind since I travel a lot.

I used to Safelite to repair my passenger side window which had been broken during a break in, the technician was very nice and very professional and completed the work within the time specified. The only issue that I had is after the work was complete the passenger side door was not able to be opened from the inside and the window was not sitting correctly will being rolled up. I ended up having to have a warranty work order placed to fix the problems that arose from the first time I used safelight

Rated 2 out of 5 by Elliott1 from Service I took my vehicle in to the Caminto Coors shop in Albuquerque. Up to that point the service was great. The day after having my rear window installed (July 4th) I opened the back hatch door and it bound up and couldn't be opened. The spoiler on the back window had been broken and was very lose and my husband and I spent 3 hours gluing and repairing it. It was nearly falling off. Later that week I checked the wiper to make sure it was working and it was installed wrong and was wiping down rather than the window. I need a new windshield on this car also but I am a little reluctant to go to Safelite again. I had to take leave to get the back window fixed in the first place so I was not happy that I had to make a return trip for the wiper to be fixed.

I had a chip in my windshield, and went through Safelite as that was who my insurance uses and the first tech who came out to repair it ended up making it worse, so they had to replace it. He told me that they would waive the deductible since the additional damage happened during the repair, but when the second tech came to replace it, they charged me for the deductible, NOT CARING that it was SAFELITE'S fault that the repair turned into a replacement. I will NEVER EVER EVER use Safelite again. This was the absolutely WORST experience in having my windshield replaced. And in Albuquerque, that is a regular occurrence.
