Originally had scheduled for replacement at my home. Safelite Tech showed up and rudely told me he was not doing the replacement because my garage was too small. the original rep asked if I had a garage and did not mention anything about space requirements. Ended up taking it to Safelite shop. Windshield calibration is wrong as my auto wipers no longer work

Got my windshield replaced in 2024. A part called Cowl Corner from the windshield flew away on the freeway. Requested warranty 2 times but no one showed up but each time I got an email saying the technician came and warranty work was completed. This is fraud.

I went in today with what I thought was a chip after I had a rock hit my windshield on a car I had only had a few months. The woman at the desk 3/24/25 was so sweet and helpful. She had Oliver help me right away and he came out and told me the chip I thought I got had already been repaired and there was no charge. It's nice to know there are still honest people out there.
