I was in town picking a vehicle to barge back to my community. The vehicle was given to use and needed a few things before getting it to the barge. Toyota did all the fluids, belts, coolant, etc - GREAT! American tire mounted, balanced and installed the new tires - GREAT! Safelite - DIDN’T EVEN SHOW UP!!!!!!!! I scheduled an on-line appointment, paid the 420.00 and was told a technician would show up between 1:00 - 5:00. I waited at the hotel for 4 hours!!!! I texted to follow up, I called and no answer. Finally at 4:30, I called one last time and got an agent (the fella that answered was nice). I explained that I had been waiting and trying to contact someone about my repair. The agent apologized and said he didn’t see me on the schedule. My response to that was colorful!!! The agent kept trying to reschedule me. I explained the car has to be to the barge tomorrow - I dropped a few sparkly words and demanded my money back. The agent refunded me (GREAT) but now I have no time to find someone else, I lost 4 hours of my (very expensive) time in Anchorage and I have to barge my vehicle with a cracked windshield.

Did a good job in the time they said it would take 11/2 hours looks good ! Unfortunately I lived in alaska since 1986 never own a car that did not get a rock chip in the windshield owned a dozen jeeps in that time I used them before and always great job in the time frame they told me I have never had to come back because poor work Thank you
