I usually do not send reviews but I am still a bit frustrated over my overall experience. Scheduling went great, convenience of drop off was decent. Windshield installation was performed an hour sooner than estimated. I paid, picked up the car and noticed when I got in the car that glass and rubber pieces were not cleaned up on the dash, seats and floor. Partially my fault for not walking back in to let them know. I took the car home and cleaned it up myself. Two days after installing the windshield started to crack at the lower right side, called and was informed that the crack must have been caused by something hitting the windshield, the problem is that the car had only been driven from your shop to my house. I looked further and noticed that trim around window had not been installed properly. I will not promote or use Safelite again.

Safelite replaced 2 vehicle windshields for my F150 and my Explorer. Excellent service, even considering the first repair attempt ultimately turned into a replacement due to crack expansion during the repair. All 3 techs were very good with customer service skills and professional. Recommend Safelite services.
