Rated 2 out of 5 by from OK service My appointment time was changes several times. There was a small piece of glass on the drivers seat that I didn't see until it had cut my finger. Otherwise, the windshield looks great.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Rough start, but good finish Had a cracked windshield, and contacted Safelite through my insurance carrier. Prompt appointment set-up, but the first fellow turned up with the wrong windshield (not heated). So I lost half a day at work, and still had a cracked windshield. Scheduled another appointment, giving up a second half day of work, but the day before the appt, the second technician called to say he might be a few hours late (really!). Which would have lost me a full day's work. I phoned the main dispatch office, who tightened the time slot, and the second technician showed up on time and installed the correct windshield. So in the end, things worked out, except I lost a full day's work and pay. Should have been only half a day. I've done business with Safelite for many years, and will do so again, but hey, you can do better than you did, this time.

We have had the misfortune of having to have my husband's windshield replaced twice within 6 months and both experiences with Safelite have been seamless. The first time they came to our office and the second time to our home. Communication was great leading up to the encounter and the techs both times were fantastic!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad job resulted in pinched windshield water spray Had windshield replaced; and drove to airport to take my daughter and family (including 18mo and 4 year old grandchildren); sprayers on driver side of windshield did not work, was very dangerous as could not see to drive with snow/ice/mud on roads kicked up on windshield). Pulled off highway repeatedly to clean windshield. Given safety issue took car to dealer to investigate problem (I thought the sprayers were frozen as its been 0-10 degrees here) and they found pinched lines from replacement. The executive service team told me Safelite not responsible as I went to dealer. A question for you -- would you have preferred a liability suit of great magnitude if we had had an accident driving that day - and do you really think you are not respnsible for paying the cost to fix what your mechanic did? Disgusting policy and disgusting way to treat customers. And your local manager bragged to me during the replacement how many Outbacks his location had done and really knew how to do it correctly and camera recalibration also not required - but not so per the manufacturer. So you save a few dollars; how much bad publicity is that going to cost you? I'd like to score this zero but your rating doesn't allow it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful and quick! I had my windshield replaced recently and strongly recommend Boulder safelight to anyone. The online quote I placed was returned with a phone call in under five minutes. Then the gentleman on the phone booked the appointment and put it on hold so I could call back after I checked my schedule. When calling back I just gave them my name and I was all set. When I brought in my car the next day they had my windshield replaced in under an hour. Very courteous and efficient. Would definetly recommend to anyone and use again.
