Poor Quality Workmanship
First, they showed up with the wrong windshield and had to re-schedule. Then, the side trim came off while I was driving down the highway. The windshield whistles and there is condensation indicative of a poor seal. Have scheduled repair.

Mirror rattles
We had them come out the first time on a Saturday, the guy told me the window had chips in it and he could try to buff them out but it would be hazy. He told me he also tried to call but couldn't reach me, however the text messages went through just fine. We denied the install. The office called us and told us it would be be the following Thursday before they could come install the new window. After the install i found spots of glue on the windshield that i had to scrape off. The rear-view mirror now shakes while idling and shakes really bad when driving. I am not impressed. After calling the office the person that answered the phone told me there was nothing they could do about the spare glue or the mirror rattling.
