I made an appointment on line. During the time of my scheduled appointment I got a call that they could not make the appointment and they would have to reschedule. We rescheduled for two days later for a 12-5 appointment. No one showed up for that appointment. I have now lost two days of my time waiting for safelite. My insurance recommends safelite but I am hard pressed to use them.

I had a cracked windshield and it was replaced. It was defective or damaged during installation and it had to be replaced. 2nd windshield installed and now my windshield camera/sensor doesn't work because of a bent pin. Only people who have worked on it is safelite. The manager Dave says I have to "prove" they did it???? $1977 to have the dealer fix it. Untrained employees who have to be bailed out by the manager. After numerous issues on my 2nd windshield installation David asked me to bring my vehicle in the next day so he personally could fix it.
