I called instead of booking online because my damage was to the inside of my windshield and seemed to me like it might require replacement rather than repair. The customer service agent assured me it could be repaired due to the small size. However, when the repairman arrived, he could immediately see it had to be replaced. So I had to wait another few days, but when the gentleman arrived to replace it, he was absolutely an incredible artisan. He did the most beautiful, meticulous work I have ever seen anyone do. My vehicle looks a lot better than it did before any of this happened! He showed me where there was some rust hidden underneath the edge of my windshield that he then sanded down so I will hopefully not have it continue to eat away at the metal. I was so lucky to have this craftsman working on my vehicle, I am glad it worked out the way it did.
