Management needs work
For whatever reason (and I got 4 excuses) it took a month to get my windshield fixed. The tech was great (Michael), but the management could stand to be improved--in my case, better inventory control. My appointment was cancelled and rescheduled several times, and I had to clear my calendar each day that was scheduled. I got calls the day of service to tell me they had to cancel.
