Had a small little chip in my window shield near the driver Side. Wonderful service and area was repaired

It took a little longer than I had hoped to get service. I believe I had to wait 5 days before they could come to fix my windshield. Once they came, service was great.

I procrastinated my windshield repair because I really dreaded the whole calling of the insurance, automated questions "if you have a claim press 1. If this system mskes you want to scream, press 2.."

So I went directly to Safelite's website for their phone number; hoping to streamline process. A few clicks later, I was set up for an appointment right at home in my driveway. They had me input my insurance info, and they handled the verification and all!
The repair was made quickly and thoroughly. I can now embark on my long trip with confidence. No stress!

The free accident wrap until the window could be replaced was a very nice service surprise. The Technician was very polite, courteous and efficient. My experience could not have been better.

I just want to comment Bryan for being such a professional and made for an awesome experience. He took the time to educate me briefly on what he was doing and what to expect. Safelite did a good job as well by keeping me informed of my upcoming appointment and the status of my tech. Thanks again I will be sure to use your services again.. hopefully no time soon though..:)
