First appointment they said it was too cold, fair enough, not their fault.
Second appointment they had the wrong windshield, the one they brought was not made for a car with front cameras. The guy acted like he made another appointment for me but when I went online I had to make one myself, because there wasn’t one in the system.
The third appointment they called and cancelled, blaming the dealership for not sending the windshield yet. That might be a valid excuse if I hadn’t made my first appointment almost a month ago at that point.
I’m now waiting for the fourth time! I made the appointment for 8am-12pm. When they called they said it would be more like 12pm-2pm. It’s now two and they haven’t called to give me an update. I want to mention that I work night shift and go to bed at 5am and I have been waking up at 9am for every appointment so that they have plenty of time to repair the windshield before I have to leave for work. I can’t believe anyone could stay in business like this or that I have given them so many chances. I bought this car brand new in December (first brand new car I’ve owned) and have had a big crack right across my field of vision since February and it’s now mid March. This has been beyond disappointing.
