Had an appointment from 8am to 12 no call no show. Called the 800 number they scheduled me for 12 to 5pm same day. Again. No call no show ans they never answered their phones. Got a call the next day said you're top priority and again no call back from. The columbia location. Not very good work ethic. Honestly last year I had great experience with them. But after 2 no calls and no shows and not answering phone calls and no one calling back. Would not recommend 😕

Technician never showed up to my house schedule appointment for 4 /17 never showed nor did not xall to tell me why they weren't coming just didnt show. Rescheduled for 4/21 same thing no call no show was scheduled between hours if 7am and 1pm. Never called until my insurance filed a unsatisfactory claim with the company. Very poor reliable Technicians. Will hever use you ever again. And I hope lots of people see how un reliable your company really is.

I had a windshield put in my vehicle on Monday and somehow the system cannot get me a copy of my invoice. I want to pay the invoice but am unable to open it. I have called 2 times for the past 4 days and am not able to reach a living breathing person. The call que is just annoying. Your pictures show a friendly person greeting customers but try reaching one on the phone. I do not have time to drive to the store just to pick up my invoice. I am very disappointed with the lack of ability to reach a person.

I have been trying to get hold of someone at safelite for appt in CALIFORNIA. We received an email making appt in Missouri at this location. They want 1127. 00 for repairing a chip? Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional

I needed a full replacement with recalibration so mobile service was not an option. Twice the new windshield was cracked upon arrival. Once they found out after I was already there, the next they call me the morning of. The third time I drop my car off , uber home since they said it would be 3 hours, they call 30 minutes later and tell me THEY DO NOT HAVE THE WINDSHIELD IN THE STORE IT WAS NEVER ORDERED. So over $30 in uber fees for nothing and my windshield is still cracked. I would love to go to a different company but they have a monopoly on windshield replacement in the area. I would rate it a zero if that was an option.
