Daniel was excellent as the technician. He completed the replacement well ahead of schedule and called promptly to let me know when it was done. I had bought my own replacement wiper blades, and when he noticed me starting to install them as I was picking up my car, he came outside to assist. With his help, it was much faster than if I had done them on my own! He was very kind and courteous, and I am very grateful for his help.
