From my insurance claims page, I was connected to the Safelite web page where I scheduled the install appointment. It was easy and there were ample coordination emails and installer notification calls in the morning and on the way. The install was about an hour. I got the good wipers as well.

Great service overall however, since the tech completed the service we have had a "SERVICE DRIVERS ASSIST" alert showing on dash panel. Have tried to reach out to customer service twice with no response.
