Great service and easy to schedule.

So my windshield leaked after being put in.. and lmfao no help from safelite in getting me a appointment ASAP.. terrible terrible service.. went to Waltham to get replaced on Saturday.. that guy literally screwed up my wiper hoses.. disconnect the hose taped it left the tape inside my hood and a whole bottle of fluid leaked out.. thankfully easy fix but WTF???

I was a bit frustrated with the horrible communication from an online representative. I kept receiving text messages that my technician was on the way, and then received emails from the representative saying the windshield replacement wouldn’t take place. I expressed my displeasure and disappointment in their lack of customer service . I eventually had to drive my own car to a location. The replacement did occur but at a huge inconvenience to me. The technicians were kind and professional so I will not penalize them with a bad review. But Safelite, get your communication skills in order.
