Overall the service was completed as requested, however, there was a lot of broken glass in and on top of the car when it was returned to me and a plastic piece of the mirror had been taken off, placed in the cup holder, and not replaced which required me to have to wait longer for the crew to clean it and fix my mirror piece. After getting the car again, I still noted glass pieces but had to leave so wound up cleaning them myself. Additionally, my parking permit sticker for my apartment building was not replaced and I was not made aware that it was gone
