The tech that arrived then cracked the entire panel on the back hatch of my Subaru Forrester. He was ver apologetic and I get that things happen.
But the Franklin shop has never been in touch about repairs. I called after several days and was told I had to bring my car on to even get the repair process started (ordering parts). So now I need to take more time off for damage Safelight did to my car. Then probably more time again for the actual repair. When a company damages my car I expect them to make it as easy as possible to get it fixed. Safelight has done the opposite.
