Yeah so I broke my window on a tuesday morning 6am. I took about 2 hours to schedule an appt for Wed between 8-12. Wed morning I got a call around 8am from the service tech that I was his second stop of the day and he would text me when he's on the way. I waited and waited. The text finally came in around 1030 and said "I wish I was telling you I'm on the way but I noticed one of the windows heating elements is broken so I won't be able to do service today" I immediately tried calling the safelife number. It's all automated and took forever to get to a real human. I even texted the tech back asking to have the office call me. Finally I got to speak to someone and they said Fri 8-12 is the soonest appt they can do. I was more than disappointed. My husband and myself took Wed off for this. So seeing how I was supposed to be serviced Wed morning, AND they charged my card that morning, I figured I would be moved to the first appt on Friday... NOPE. I was the last appt. On Friday I got no morning call from the tech letting me know I'm on his schedule. I had to call the office around 1040 to make sure someone was still coming. They showed up around 1 and didn't finish until 230ish. Not even between 8-12. I was going out of the state the next day so I guess I'm glad they could do it friday. No communication. No apologies or trying to fix their mistakes. I was disappointed.
