Before I selected Safelite, I compared prices to 4 other companies. All were within the same range. The thing that was decisive for me was the $25 online discount--since I assumed that all of these companies delivered reputable products and service. So thanks for the discount.
Then...I was thoroughly impressed with the service. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Just the right mix of professionalism and personal attention. Some places are simply too professional because you feel more like a number than a person. Some places are so personal, that one wonders if they are actually going to do the work. I got both at our local Safelite. And the staff also went the extra mile. They vacuumed the interior of my car. Something that both my wife and I noticed, commented on a appreciated. It wasn't expected but was greatly appreciated. I'm very pleased with the quality of the windshield, the workmanship and the go-the-extra-mile service. So kudos to the Safelite team in Fort Collins. Oh...my brother in law just texted me that he needs a new windshield. He's headed to Safelite today. Thanks again to Ryan and the team at Safelite.
