Safelite did an excellent job communicating with me right after I made the appt through job completion. They also gave a number to call if I had any question, which I did. A person answered right away and was able to answer questions for me. The technician was also great communicating when he would arrive, as well as discussing details with me about the job and what to do/not do after the windshield replacement. Our technician was very pleasant. Our Safelite experience was excellent!

I went through the procedure of describing my damage plus the type window glass (I was only given two options). After the window was replaced the tech informed me that I had an aftermarket tint that he couldn’t fix. I bought the car new off the lot. Anything done to the car was not aftermarket. Safelite doesn’t want to admit they are wrong. They ordered the wrong part. I should have been advised before work was done so I could have tried other options

Very easy to schedule and they were right on time. The first windshield had a scratch (pointed out by the installer), so they had to reschedule for the next day. It looks great and they told me not to get a car wash for 3 days, which I didn't know). Very pleased
