Horrible service and pathetic! Came into this safelite store as they did work for me before and they destroyed my windshield w a simple chip repair size if a nickle turned into them giving me a quote for a new replacement windshield after I just had them replaced it in the fall. . . the cracked my windshield from the left side all the way to the center of windshield in the line of sight etc. . . totally unsafe to drive and especially when the sun hits that crack now!! Beware of this place they have no idea what they are doing what a joke !

The repair process is an attempt to save the integrity of the glass. At times the repair may still be visible depending on the size (width and depth) of the chip. If at any time the repair spreads and or you are unhappy with the repair; the paying party will be reimbursed the full repair amount, if you paid for the repair out of pocket, that amount will be credited toward the full replacement of your windshield. Dropped off the car for a chip repair. The tech greeted me promptly and took the car at my appointment time. Service was done quickly and the final looks great! Can hardly tell where the crack was after the repair.
