My windshield was replaced in a timely manner. The windshield was quite dirty and should have been cleaned. The dashboard also had pieces of rubber from the old gasket.

Came in with my f150, rear glass shattered, i was told 2-3 hours, it took just about an hour. I had no idea they be working from the inside so i left a bunch of crap in back seat. The tech i had took cleared my stuff out and cleaned everything inside he even set my things back exactly how i had them. I was impressed with the time and care he took on this job.

The staff was friendly. The waiting room was nice. The appointment took four hours when it was stated that it should have been an hour and a half to two hours. I did not receive updates as they were doing the work via text or email, just that it was in progress. I also would have liked the work to be completed at my house rather than having to drive nearly an hour to the shop.
