would love to know what they charged my insurance for the repair?
I have full glass coverage-but they frown on full replacements unless bigger the Dollar bill

I had 4 appointments all of which failed:
1. First guy came with a windshield with Scuffs that wouldn't come out.
2. Second appointment the tech had the wrong window molding.
3. Third appointment was cancelled by Safe lite because the tech "called-in".
4. Fourth appointment tech could not get the wiper arm off and had to abandon.
I ended up having to take the car TO SAFELITE to get the job done after about 10 days of fiddling around with them, juggling my work schedule to be available, etc. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
The actual replacement job at the shop was outstanding. Everything seems top quality so far.

Excellent courteous service

As previously stated in other words on a past review, the team members at the location which I was directed to receive service through had educated me in full of the process required to stabilize a crack which was present on my windshield. They promised me good service, they delivered. They promised me a guarantee if there happened to be any issues later on with said crack as the process it underwent (as explained to me) was not a fix all method just a matter of stabilization through resin. The environment and atmosphere was comfortable convenient and I was offered beverages and snacks which is great.. The task was performed within the anticipated timeframe and I was not waiting anxiously. I would reccomend this location to friends, family, colleaguesand the general public because regardless of the needs of their auto glass, I am certain this staff will provide by all means, all in a timely and professional manner. (Let's not forget the coffee. 😊) Thank you.
