Although my husband and I typically drive one or the other of our two cars, each title lists my name as primary owner. My name is indicated on my insurance card, indicating I have insurance for my car.
Every time I receive correspondence from Safelite, I'm addressed as "Timothy." Timothy is my husband and had nothing whatsoever to do with this job.
Customer service matters. It contributes to the entire experience, which includes quality of service. Quality is top notch, but it's reduced to "average" when this type of oversight takes place. It's not hard ... a tiny bit of attention to detail goes a long way ... lack of it goes the other way.
