Satisfied, but could’ve been better. Shop ordered wrong windshield, so needed to make arrangements twice to drop car off. Also had same issue with frost on inside of windshield after installation. Would have been nice to have been informed that this could happen until car’s interior dries out. Would have saved 1/2 hour on phone and a lot of frustration.
Time consuming to go through call center every time you call Safelite. Would be much more efficient to call shop directly.
