My car was broken into a few weeks ago...a brick was thrown through my driver's side window and glass was every where. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and guided me through the process of getting it fixed. The mobile service was very convenient as I was working and didn't have to miss work while getting my car serviced in the parking lot. Justin was my tech and he was very professional and kind. After feeling like your safety and trust had been taken away it was nice to feel at ease with a stranger and secure in knowing that he would take care of everything. I commend him as well as Safelite for an awesome job on my Sonata.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from terrible experience First tech came out to repair a chip that appeared about the size of a sharpie dot. Couldn't get repair to take, so he stuck a pick in the chip to open it up and proceeded to crack the glass about .5 inch in 3 directions. Then he couldn't repair the cracks he made. 2nd tech came out to replace windshield at addition $220 cost to me. They cut me a deal and didn't charge me labor and sold me the windshield at cost. between the failed original repair , (which i paid for) and the cost of the replacement, i an out nearly $350. All for a tiny speck that i would have been fine with looking at, had the tech explained he could just seal it up. on top of all this after the first repair on my 4k mile basically new truck, i find a broken headlamp switch and scratches in my leather seat from somebody's shoe.  Really terrible first time experience with safelight. I will be telling everyone i know my story!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Professional and Fast Logan did a great job, was super professional and fast. He answered any questions I had and cleaned up any glass, etc. that was left behind. I have never used safelite before, but if I ever need glass replacement again I know I will come back again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great customer service but bad tech Tech broke my window washer mounts while replacing windshield. Didn't tell me. Had another tech out to try and fix, great guy. Still waiting on the manager to update me on when the part will be in and my issue resolved. Had to call and was told manager would call me back before the end of the day, that was 2 days ago, still waiting.
