Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superb customer service! This was my forst time going to Safelite for work done on my car. From themoment my husband and I walked in the door we were greeted with a smile and a kind voice. Everythong was explained clearly amd thouroughly. The estīated time for the work done in less time than stated which was a very nice surprise!! Price was extrememly reasonable and the quality of work done was flawless. I am recommending Safelite above all and any other competitor! Thank you to all of you at Safelite for making work on your car painless and actually enjoyable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding customer service from beginning to end I had an appt to replace my Genesis front passenger window. Once I made contact with safelite, they immediately scheduled a mobile appt based on window availability and delivery date. On the day it was scheduled I had to call and cancel my appt since I was sick and not going to work which is where Safelite was going to do the replacement. I believe the gentleman that I spoke to was Danny or possibly Bryan, but whomever it was, worked out the details and was able to accomodate me with an appt to my home!!! The tech called me within an hour, was at my apartment within 5 minutes after his call and done within half hour of his arrival!!! He was courteous and proffessional. I was so impressed with my experience that I eventually caught up to the tech at a stop light and gave him $10.00 and said "your lunch is on me". He was surprised, but very thankful and so was I with my Safelite experience!!!!!!

Their mobile service was not going to work with my schedule and I needed my car up and running already, so they were able to accommodate me the next day; I was even able to go to work on time!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent service from start to finish! I had the unfortunate experience of having my windshield crack and was, luckily, able to get an appointment the next morning. Kim was there to greet me upon walking in. She was very knowledgeable in the process and was able to provide the kind of customer service that makes me feel at ease, even during such a stressful time. Pat was the technician who walked me to my car to inspect the damage and he was also able to answer a lot of my questions. Unfortunately it could not be repaired and he entire windshield needed to be replaced. You can imagine how bummed i was until Safelite came through for me again! I didn't even expect them to have a windshield (for my 2009 hybrid) in stock and for them to be able to do it right then! I was super stoked because I thought there was an ordering and waiting process. Pat and Kim both quoted me about an hour and half wait time (quotes were separate which was good because I hate when I get two different quotes from within the same company) but it really only took an hour. That hour went by fast because the wait room was well lit and Kim offered me coffee, tea, or filtered water. The work was done well and the care afterwards was explained clearly. The windshield looked good as new (because it was) but the work and service was exceptional and made the whole experience the best kind of customer service that anyone could ask for.
