I’ve needed 2 jobs done. One to replace my back window on my 2016 Tacoma and the most recent job to replace my windshield on a BMW. On both jobs Jason called me to let me know when he was arriving and he arrived right on time. Him and his assistant were dressed professionally and worked in a professional manner. I could tell Jason was very experienced and good at his skills because he worked quickly and efficiently. He got the job done within an hour and it looked great! Safelite did a great job, the windshield had to be shipped from an outer island and picked-up by the installer fast and smooth process. Installer was promoted and friendly, had the job done in about 30 minutes or so with no issues. Not to mention the best price...

Scheduling was easy and Jason let me know when he was on his way, when he got here, and when he was done. I'm really pleased with the work he did and how he kept communicating throughout. The windshield frame turned out to be less than pristine, but he dealt with it and did a great job. I hope I never have to call on him again, but I'll be happy to see him if I do.
