Tevchnician April did a great job of scheduling service, keeping us informed of arrival at home , explaining procedures with potential risk, and efficiently completed service which met our expectations

My Truck and ALL the 1500 RAM trucks that I have seen have a sliding door on the back window. The job was scheduled to be at home, but the technician came with a single glass, without the sliding window. I had to take the truck to their site. I recommend Safelite to request a picture of the damage before sending the technician, so he can bring the proper glass.

Our tech came out and completed the work in a timely manner, he was great at assuring me that if any issues arose they would gladly take care of it. We will be utilizing their services in the future if needed.

This is the third time I’ve had to use SafeLite, employees are always courteous and professional. Job is always done correctly. Only minor complaint is the appointment windows can span 8 hours. But I’m just a grumpy old man

Repair of my front windshield was spot on! My only issue was that my alarm was disconnected when the old windshield was removed and thus my remote would not unlock the doors. Seeing that my key entry was disabled due to someone trying to break into my truck prior, the alarm not working was a problem. Went to an alarm place to check out the problem and somehow the alarm brain was shorted out and it cost me $100 to get it fixed. For what they do (repair windshields) they are top notch. They just need to be a little more mindful of the electrical process whenever removing alarm connections. I would still recommend Safelite!
